An Open Letter

Help stop unlawful state by state bans on Kratom in places like CA California’s crackdown relies on an administrative agency action rather than a statutory bill passed by the legislature, opponents are targeting specific loopholes and legal boundaries to challenge it. This is an abuse of power. Especially when the plant should be revealed for its positive properties in very dangerous substances like alcohol and tobacco are legal whereas this pure natural kratom a very healing plant. I highly suspect that, if you were to look under the hood, pharmaceutical companies and alcohol and now even big marijuana companies, who have concerns that the product could replace dependency on these other substances with far fewer effects are more responsible for the recent bands than actual concern for the public. It is a sin to put these people in jail and to ban consumers from obtaining these products. I appreciate my leadership in Florida keeping us a free state.
