Please join Senators Warren and Blumenthal in demanding thorough oversight and potential blocking of the gaming company Electronic Arts buyout for $55 billion, principally by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF). There are many risks associated with allowing this buyout to occur, and it is incumbent on the relevant government agencies to ensure that those risks are mitigated or else the sale is blocked. There are concerns that this buyout will avoid the traditional oversight because Jared Kushner’s involvement will dissuade regulators. This cannot be allowed. Thank you for your attention and potential partnership with your colleagues championing this cause.
