This morning, I read that Donald Trump and his sons are negotiating with the IRS about resolution of their $10 billion lawsuit related to tax returns. This should be the last straw. President Trump is demonstrating that he puts his own interests over those of everyday Americans. He has cut healthcare subsidies, education, food aid, support for National Parks, and many other government programs that support the inalienable rights set out in the Declaration of Independence, including Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Instead, Trump is focused on the wealth of his family and his own aggrandizement. Congress must not allow Trump to spend taxpayer money to pay off himself and his family. The fact that he continues to pursue this should result in impeachment and removal from office. I call on you to act immediately to make this happen.
