We cannot wait for elections to save the sinking ship that is the USA.  After the collosal damage done so far in the 478 days of this Trump administration, and 983 days to go, our government will be more closely aligned with Russia than the democracy it should be.  If Congress does not accept it's role as one of the three branches of government, we already are a democracy in name only.  All the corruption, waste, and illegal actions by the Trump regime are self-evident, even by those who don't pay much attention to the news.  Trump's statement, "I don't think about Americans' financial situation," tells you everything you need to know about this man.  If you are a Republican it's high time you stand up for the American people, your constituents, instead of being willfully deaf, dumb, and blind to Trump's insanity and narcissistic quest for being the strong man in charge of a dictatorship.  People are living (or trying to live) through the chaos and depression that is occurring.  Financial experts may show charts indicating we're not in a depression, not even a recession.  However, my pocketbook tells another story.  I you want to retain your seat, it's time to get off it and cause some good trouble on behalf of the American people instead of dear leader's benefit.
