Dear Governor Newsom, Due to reports of people being taken off L.A. streets by unidentified armed individuals, I respectfully ask that you authorize a Personal Protection Militia for Los Angeles County. Under Cal. Military & Veterans Code § 120, you have the authority to approve such volunteer forces. This group would lawfully assist in protecting residents from potential abductions. Thank you,
