I have an honest question. The White House is the people's house. Donald Trump did not follow the Anti-deficiency Act when funding the desecration of the White House's East Wing, and he did not follow proper channels for changes to a historic building. Can the People of the United States sue or pursue legal avenues to stop him? I'm tired of him acting like a king with little pushback or consequence. Thanks.
