Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill gave Big Tech record tax giveaways in 2025. To the tune of $75 billion to just five Big Tech companies to build AI infrastructure data centers. Republicans cut SNAP and Medicaid to do this. Governor Spanberger knowing this, willfully extended Virginia’s tax giveaways to data centers in the budget. At the cost of Virginians who cannot afford to buy groceries and gas or healthcare. You deliberately added to the additional wealth transfer to some of the wealthiest, corrupt corporations running roughshod over our lives with data centers. If you care about working class Virginians, repeal the tax cuts and put a hold on ALL data centers until safeguards are in place. These data centers, next to neighborhoods, are endangering Virginians. You should prepare for class action lawsuits.
