I am writing to express my deep frustration and growing concern with several actions taken by the current administration that, in my view, undermine transparency, constitutional boundaries, and responsible governance. These issues have reached a point where I feel compelled to speak out.
First, I am troubled by the continued failure to release all remaining Epstein files. Many Americans believe that full transparency is essential for public trust, and withholding these documents only fuels suspicion and erodes confidence in our institutions. I urge you to advocate for the complete release of these records so the public can finally have clarity.
Second, I am alarmed by the administration’s unilateral imposition of tariffs—an authority that the Constitution assigns to Congress. Allowing this practice to continue sets a dangerous precedent and weakens the legislative branch’s role in economic policy. I expect my elected representatives to defend their constitutional responsibilities.
Finally, I am concerned by what appears to be preferential treatment toward President Trump, including actions such as renaming the Kennedy Center—something that, as I understand it, only Congress has the authority to do. These decisions give the impression that normal processes are being bypassed to satisfy individual preferences rather than serving the public interest.
Frankly, the situation has become so frustrating. I want to see genuine fiscal responsibility and adherence to constitutional norms in Washington. If you'd go ballistic or denounce Biden doing these things, you should also do the same for Trump, unless you're a partisan hack, of course.
I urge you to take these concerns seriously and act accordingly.
