Your attempt to undermine democracy is not unnoticed. You claim that redistricting Tennessee to a completely red state is a better reflection of the views of constituents, but a more accurate depiction would be to add more democratic seats (as Tennessee has 43% voters registered democrat). This farce of equity you are championing is overwhelmingly “anti-black” and another method of voter suppression. You are further pushing modern era Jim Crowe policies. Meanwhile, countless constituents have lost healthcare, struggle with housing, food, and utilities, and continue to lose loved ones to gun violence and overdoses. It’s hard to remain in this state when we continue to prioritize Christian nationalism, racism, and violence rather than investing in education, mental health, and social programs.
