Look at the state of Democratic leadership right now. Chuck Schumer folds every single time the Republicans blink. He gives away the store before negotiations even start and then smiles about it like he won something. And his loyalty to Israel over working class Americans is just embarrassing at this point. It is not even subtle anymore.
Then you have Hakeem Jeffries. He was supposed to be the new energy. Instead he is out there playing nice with the same people who want to tear everything down. He calls Trump a threat and then turns around and shakes his hand like they are colleagues. He silenced his own members during the State of the Union while the other side ran wild. That is not leadership. That is cowardice dressed up in a nice suit.
And Ken Martin. Who even knows what he does all day. The DNC is a ghost town. No message. No ground game. No fire. He is supposed to be rebuilding after the disaster of 2024 and he has done absolutely nothing.
So you look at these three and you ask yourself. This is what we are supposed to get excited about. This is what we are supposed to drag ourselves to the polls for in the midterms. They want our votes. They want our time and our money and our energy. And what do we get in return. A party that cannot fight. Cannot message. Cannot lead.
I am disgusted. And I am not alone. You cannot keep running the same tired playbook and expect people to show up. Fix your own damn party first. Then maybe we will talk about voting. Until then do not call. Do not text. Do not ask for a single dollar. You have not earned it.
