As your constituent, I am writing to urge you to oppose H.R. 9621, the Northwest Endangered Salmon Predation Prevention Act, which would extend the authority of wildlife managers to kill sea lions and seals beyond where sea lion killing is already occurring within the Columbia River basin into additional river systems in Oregon and Idaho and all watersheds within Washington.
