Protect Our Voting Systems: Investigate and Remove Kurt Olsen I am a voting constituent writing to urge an immediate oversight investigation into attorney Kurt Olsen’s actions and to compel his swift removal from the Department of Justice. Mr. Olsen—a prominent 2020 election denier who pushed to overturn democratic results—has been integrated into the DOJ's U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida. Court records strongly indicate that Mr. Olsen has wrongfully accessed highly sensitive election system software. This software was reportedly compromised through schemes targeting voting equipment in Puerto Rico and Fulton County, Georgia, between 2020 and 2022. An individual actively implicated in undermining election infrastructure and compromising secure voting software cannot be trusted with federal law enforcement power. Allowing a partisan operative with unauthorized access to election data to leverage the DOJ against political opponents is a flagrant affront to rule of law. Our institutions depend on the absolute integrity of our voting equipment and public servants. I urge you to launch an investigation into Mr. Olsen's misconduct and demand his immediate removal from public employment.
