Congress needs to do the job they are paid to do.

Pennsylvania experienced several concerning disruptions and irregularities during the 2024 election that warrant a thorough non-partisan investigation. Bomb threats forced poll workers to evacuate voting sites, potentially compromising the security of equipment and ballots. Widespread voting machine failures caused delays, confusion, and deviation from normal procedures across numerous counties. There were also highly irregular voter turnout patterns and statistical anomalies in the vote returns, especially in the discrepancies between mail-in and Election Day results. An independent review of these issues is crucial to restore public confidence in the electoral process and ensure the integrity of future elections. Pennsylvania's 2024 election underscores the urgent need for improved security measures, upgraded equipment, and clearer protocols to safeguard our most fundamental democratic right - the right to free and fair elections. Congress has an obligation to the people of Pennsylvania and all Americans to get to the bottom of what occurred and take definitive action to prevent any potential fraud or system vulnerabilities from being exploited again.
