Create a law to make marriages legal for those over 18 only, without any parental or judge signing loophole. We need to make child rape illegal and stop the perpetrators and their enablers. Too often, children in conservative families are having their education, childhood, and rights to their own body signed away. Let them be children and not allow community or parental pressure to enable child rape. Getting married makes sure an older spouse is not prosecuted for the rape. Do it now and do not allow fiancé emigration for children.
