I need you to oppose any legislation that restricts mail-in voting. These restrictions solve a problem that doesn't exist while making it harder for people like me to vote.
Mail voting fraud is extraordinarily rare. It accounts for only 0.000043% of total ballots cast. That's roughly four cases out of every 10 million mail votes. The data is clear: fraud is virtually nonexistent, while the benefits to voters are substantial.
I have mobility issues, and mail-in voting is essential for me to exercise my right to vote. Restricting this option doesn't protect election integrity. It just creates barriers for disabled voters, elderly citizens, and working families who can't easily get to polling places. These restrictions are a manufactured solution to a manufactured crisis, and they will disenfranchise real people.
Stand with voters who need accessible options. Reject efforts to limit mail-in voting.
