Subpoena Adriana Ross and Nadia Marcinko in Epstein Case Oversight
The public release of unredacted files regarding the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein has reignited an urgent demand for absolute transparency and justice. While Ghislaine Maxwell has been convicted, several key individuals who operated at the very epicenter of Epstein’s illicit network have successfully evaded congressional scrutiny. Specifically, I urge you to exercise your oversight authority to interview and subpoena Adriana Ross and Nadia Marcinko.
Both Ross and Marcinko worked closely as Epstein’s long-term assistants and were named as potential co-conspirators in his infamous 2008 non-prosecution agreement. Victims have previously testified to their active participation in the trafficking and recruitment network, with Marcinko even flying the Lolita Express as a licensed pilot. Despite this, the immunity granted by the 2008 plea deal has protected them from criminal prosecution for nearly two decades.
A prior non-prosecution agreement does not shield these individuals from congressional inquiry. Your committee has the unique legislative power to compel their testimony, uncovering how this international web of abuse operated and who else enabled it. For the sake of the survivors and the integrity of our justice system, you must call Ross and Marcinko to testify.
