I am demanding that you speak out and act immediately against the unconstitutional actions now taking place under federal authority.
Current enforcement practices are infringing on the Second, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendments—violating due process, equal protection, and protections against unlawful seizure and use of force. These are not policy disagreements; they are constitutional violations.
The killing of Alex Pretti, a Minneapolis VA nurse, by federal agents underscores the urgency of congressional oversight. When civilian deaths occur and Congress remains silent, that silence becomes complicity.
If you continue to choose allegiance to unlawful and immoral actions over your sworn duty to uphold the Constitution and serve the American people, you should not expect our votes. Officials who abandon their oath will lose public trust—and their jobs.
The Constitution comes first. Do your job.
