ICE cannot be reformed especially while they are still out there. If you bring them in, fire and put their leadership on trial, root out that bad training, remove their militarized weaponry and return them to the boarders with an entire different mission there is a chance they can work. That is not a policy you can get through congress at this time. They are killing people and that blood is on our hands. The president and his party wanting to use them for election enforcement is more than a little dangerous. While you have citizens contacting you now is the time to end their department until a better system can be created that is not militarized.
