I am writing to urge you to introduce and support legislation establishing a comprehensive, permanent ban on all weapons in outer space. The recent deployment and escalation of orbital weapon systems threaten global stability, risk catastrophic debris chains, and turn the final frontier into a conflict zone. We must act immediately to close the loopholes in the 1967 Outer Space Treaty. I demand that the United States lead the international community in banning not just nuclear weapons, but all conventional, kinetic, and anti-satellite weapons from Earth's orbit. Space must remain a peaceful domain for scientific discovery and human progress, not a battlefield.
