The Administration is so emboldened by the lack of control by congress that they don't feel the need to hide their racial prejudice. The GOP members in Congress are partly to blame as thet have failed time and time again to exercise any control over this administration. If you don't publicly denounce this, then you share the same predudice and shouldn't be in an elected office. "Trump shares racist video depicting Obamas as apes, sparking outrage". Where's your outrage?
