Suggested Amendment to Democratic Party's ICE Demands

Just saw the list of demands for ICE that the Democratic Party came up with and I have some notes. Please see below amendment. Whereas, reforms of local and state law enforcement have proven to be ineffective and Whereas, it can be determined that these reforms would also be ineffective for a rogue federal agency loyal to the president and Whereas, bodycameras in ICE possession would likely to be used as a surveillance tool and Whereas, unlawful search and seizure is already a constitutional right protected by the fourth amendment and thus does not need to be a demand. Therefore, be it resolved, Strike lines 1-35. Be it further resolved, Substitute the following where lines were struck: ABOLISH ICE.
