I urge you to block any taxpayer-backed bailout, currency swap, or financial lifeline for the United Arab Emirates. President Trump’s war with Iran has already created higher costs and more instability for American families. Now the administration is considering financial support for the UAE, an oil-rich autocracy with extensive ties to Trump family business interests. The UAE should not receive a U.S.-backed rescue while working families are paying more for gas, food, and basic goods because of Trump’s reckless foreign policy decisions. The public deserves full transparency, congressional oversight, and a clear prohibition on using Treasury or Federal Reserve tools to benefit wealthy foreign governments tied to the president’s financial interests. Please publicly oppose any UAE bailout, investigate potential conflicts of interest, and support legislation blocking the use of U.S. public resources for this bailout.
