No s of countries Trump has attacked. It is time for Congress to use the 25th amendment or better yet, section 2 article 4 of the Constitution. Trump is clearly mentally unwell and is boastin g about committing war crimes. He and all of his cabinet need to be removed from office and tried for crimes against our country and against the civilian
