I am deeply concerned by the passage of spending bill in the House, efforts by this administration to eliminate independent agencies, and the president’s blatant corruption of accepting a gift from a foreign government. As a constituent who cares about this country, what we are watching unfold is frightening and overwhelming. What are you, as elected officials, doing to work with your republican colleagues to stop our country’s slide into authoritarianism?
