Last week the National Cancer Institute had 28 scientific advisors. This week it has ZERO. As a cancer survivor (so far) I am acutely aware of the benefits of the institute and the research it has done that led to my deep remission/cure. This is insane and so are the heartless ill-advised politicians who have allowed this. I suppose I'm wasting my breath, as my party of 52 years has been completely ineffective in curtailing the slash and burn tactics of this administration. But on the off chance someone has an idea of how to attack this problem, I'm pleading with you all to do something.
