As your constituent, I urge you to join your colleagues in the U.S. Senate by supporting Senator Bernie Sanders’ Joint Resolutions of Disapproval (JRD) under the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), to stop from advancing the recently proposed U.S. arms sales to Israel. The Biden administration recently approved arms sales to Israel totaling over $20 billion. These sales include weapons that have been connected to tens of thousands of civilian deaths inside Gaza. The sale of such weapons violates the criteria of the AECA and the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961. I strongly urge you to join your colleagues by supporting Sen. Sanders’ JRD today. Thank you.
