I’m a constituent writing from 01373. We have entered a constitutional crisis. On Saturday evening, federal judge James Boasberg unambiguously ordered the Trump administration not to deport any Venezuelans using the Alien Enemies Act of 1798. The administration ignored him. This is terrifying. No American and especially no president can ignore a judge’s order. This is only one small example that our President has no intention of preserving our democracy. We are in a constitutional crisis. What is the senator doing about it? When will someone stand up for our country and the American people?
