Opposed gerrymandering in any state! I am shocked at the steps that the Texas government and Republican legislators are taking towards cementing Republican votes in Texas. While this may be technically legal, it is anti-democratic. Our country was based on democratic ideals – that each person gets a vote and that votes count. Republican leaders need to remember that history will see the real traitors. Those who worked against the continuation of our democratic ideals. If you have power and influence with your political brothers and sisters, speak up against this sort of wrongness. Thank you.
