I oppose SJR 87. This will deny due process and it will be unconstitutional if it becomes law. Bail should typically not be denied. The wording of this bill does not clearly define a circumstance where bail might be denied for a good enough reason. If you are going to write these bills, the least you could do would be to write them in clear language. You should learn how to write better! Putting this as a Constitutional Amendment is wrong. Please vote NO for SJR 87. In addition, it is terribly written.
