I am urging Congressional leaders to force a vote on Rep. Cohen’s impeachment articles against Donald Trump (https://cohen.house.gov/media-center/press-releases/congressman-cohen-introduces-comprehensive-articles-impeachment-against). It is clear that Donald Trump is abusing his office. He has ignored judges, killed citizens, trampled free speech, and used the presidency as a vehicle of his own enrichment, to the tune of billions of dollars. This is unacceptable. Your boss has sworn an oath, not to a man, but to the ideals of our nation: The Constitution of the United States. This oath demands not “strategic” political calculation, not “loyalty” to a party line, but the courage to do what is right for the good of the people of our nation. For these reasons, I urge you: Support these impeachment articles under a Rule IX vote, and impeach Donald J. Trump.
