Hello! I’m a constituent who is very upset, and who never misses an election. I’m calling on the senator to commit to voting against the GENIUS Act (S.394) and kill the bill. The GENIUS Act does not solve any of the many problems facing working families or our democracy. Every minute wasted in negotiations around this bill is, at best, a missed opportunity for Democrats to show that they are fighting for us. And if it ever passed, this bill would enable further corruption from President Trump, further entrench the power of techno-fascists and crypto scammers, create massive and utterly unnecessary risks to the financial system, and incentivize the further destruction of our planet. Will the senator commit to protecting our economy, our democracy, and our planet by voting down the GENIUS Act?
