Since Brian’s passing, I’ve observed a growing sense of hope among people. With up to 44,000 lives lost each year during Brian's tenure at United Health Care, we are reminded of the pressing challenges ahead. While Brian’s leadership may not have been the worst in the industry, there’s a promising opportunity to rethink accountability among executives across sectors.
