Short of a Nice-style mass killing event, there's no legitimate reason for a cop to fire into a vehicle. Even if the driver is headed straight at the cop, it won't stop the car. This is why so many police departments prohibit it. That, and cops would shoot at people trying to flee who clearly weren't a threat (or shoot after blocking the car with their body), then falsely claim the person was trying to run them over. Short of contradictory video evidence, that was all they needed for the shooting to be deemed justified. We demand ICE be reigned in because the entire force acts illegally.
