I was shocked to open my phone this morning and come across President Trump's rally speech from last night--the one where he essentially dared Iran to "take out" Los Angeles and San Diego, both homes to major naval ports. I get that he was trying to be outrageous and attract attention--trolling is is his thing. But there's no excuse for that kind of talk. At the least it's dangerous and might inspire someone looking for a reason to create violence to do so. At the worst it is the very definition of of treason. WE ARE AT WAR WITH IRAN. I don't approve of the war, and it is a war of choice, one we didn't need to fight. But still. Can you imagine any other President saying anything like this? Trump needs to be removed from office before he gets even more people killed. 25th Amendment or impeachment and conviction now!
