I am a constituent, and I am writing to request that you vote NO on the Bipartisan American Affordability and Jobs Act. This bill destroys America’s historic places and archaeological sites, guts public involvement, and strips stakeholders like Native tribes and taxpayers of their right to weigh in on federally backed projects. Congress cannot support permitting reform that puts all the power in the federal government AND excludes American people and communities. Please, support and protect Section 106.
