I urge you to support HJR 153/SJR 124, the war powers resolution to prohibit military escalation on Cuba. Congress MUST assert its constitutional authority before the administration takes further action against the island. The military must stop blocking vital fuel & services to the island; it is a war crime to deprive a sovereign population of food, electricity, etc. STOP THESE INSANE ACTIONS BY TAKING BACK THE POWERS GIVEN TO CONGRESS BY OUR CONSTITUTION!
