I am outraged and deeply alarmed by the United States’ continued support for Israel’s reckless, unprovoked attack on Iran — a strike that violates international law, destabilizes the entire Middle East, and pushes the world closer to a catastrophic war. This is not defense. This is aggression. According to Democracy Now! and multiple reports, Israel’s assault on Iran was carried out without provocation, bypassing any international mandate, and with clear indications of U.S. complicity — through intelligence sharing, weapons transfers, and a refusal to condemn the act. These are the behaviors of rogue actors, not nations that support justice and accountability. The American people did not elect you to sleepwalk us into another endless war — or worse, a global conflict involving nuclear powers. Israel is dragging the U.S. into its own extremist agenda, and every dollar, weapon, and diplomatic shield we provide enables their impunity. The U.S. is not obligated to follow Israel’s extremism off a cliff. Congress must act now: • Publicly condemn Israel’s unprovoked military aggression against Iran. • Demand an immediate ceasefire and diplomatic de-escalation that expands to all of the Middle East, Iran, and the Occupied Palestinian Territories. • Reinstate Congressional war powers and prohibit unauthorized military involvement. • Suspend military aid and weapons transfers to Israel for failing to comply with international law. If this attack escalates into a regional or global war, history will remember every member of Congress who stood by and did nothing. Or worse, those who cheered it on. No more blank checks. No more excuses. No more American lives or tax dollars spent fueling the ambitions of an apartheid regime waging illegal wars. If you refuse to stop this madness, then you are complicit.
