1. What are you doing to improve Social Security customer service, ensuring timely and effective assistance for those who rely on these vital services?
2. What measures are you taking to support Social Security staff, particularly to enhance in-person assistance for our elderly population, who often fac e challenges navigating the system? 3. Why aren’t you advocating to raise the FICA limit to $200,000 to help strengthen Social Security’s long-term sustainability? I’d appreciate your thoughts and actions on these important issues.
