I am writing to implore you to vote no on H.R.1 this week. The "Big Beautiful Bill" will cause much more harm than good. If nothing else, the long-term economic impact of this bill will explode the debt well after the end of this presidential term. Should the bill pass, it will only serve to further erode trust with the public as we bear the brunt of its effects. While past generations have seen nearly a third of all voters skip votes, the next generation has been trending towards more engagement. Their ability to organize can only mean that developing policies to hurt their future will result in a coordinated effort to oust representation that ign ores their needs. Please think beyond the current moment and realize how damaging these policies will be to the legacy you leave behind. Thank you for considering the needs of ALL your constituents and their futures. Please vote against H.R.1.
