It is well past time for President Trump to answer the American people’s questions about his connections with child rapist and sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. Please join those demanding that he testify under oath before Congress.
We have seen just how serious the allegations against Trump contained in the Epstein Files are. Last week we learned a woman alleged that when she was a young teenager, Epstein introduced her to the future president, who attempted to force her to perform oral sex and beat her when she resisted. The FBI, even during Trump’s first administration, apparently considered her credible enough to interview her four times.
These charges are disgusting enough in their own right, but the damning behavior of the President and his staff in attempting to keep them from the public while claiming full transparency makes them even more alarming. There is every indication those at the highest level of our government are covering up the results of inquiries into the sexual exploitation of children because of their impact on a powerful figure. Surely we can all agree that should not be shrugged off.
The President has repeatedly insisted that he has been fully exonerated. Every time he does, we learn of something new he’s hidden from us. He should welcome the chance to address these accusations directly if he is so confident the evidence clears him of any wrongdoing.
There must be consequences for the Epstein class. The elites who knew about and covered for his crimes need to be held responsible. None of them should be above the law. We have already seen former President Clinton made to answer for his relationship with Epstein. It is, if anything, more important that our current commander-in-chief be held to account.
The public deserves to hear directly from their president, under penalty of perjury, on whether he is a sexual predator. We are asking you to make that happen.
