Apologize to Zohran Mamdani for your racism!

To: Sen. Gillibrand

From: A constituent in Schenectady, NY

July 10

Among many reasons I am deeply and irreparably disappointed in you, your recent comments regarding Zohran Mamdani were racist, ignorant, and frankly inappropriate coming from any human being, but especially one who espouses themselves to be a leader in the US and an advocate for the people. I heard you were confronted about this in Albany recently and tried to convince your constituent that you’re such a great person because you help children and they are the ignorant one. Your behavior toward your own people when they try to call you out on your shortcomings, which it is their full right to do, as you are here to serve us, and we elected you (unfortunately), is reprehensible, and shows who you really are. Stop hiding behind your facade of being a loving, down to earth girlboss mom being victimized by your own constituents simply calling you out for saying vicious things about a man who fairly won his election on a platform of truly serving the people. Stop pretending you help children when you do things like vote to send bombs and money to kill tens of thousands of children in Gaza. You’ve shown your true colors to a constituency that has in return shown you the sort of person they really want to lead them by electing and widely supporting Mamdani. I just thought you should know that we see through you, and you may want to think about shaping up if you care about your career.
