If SCOTUS is complicit with POTUS, CONGRESS MUST ACT Today’s decision by SCOTUS to allow firing of probationary workers to proceed on a technicality of standing without addressing the substance of the case is just the most recent in a string of bitter examples that show that the Supreme Court is not willing to exercise its power to protect citizens from the illegal and tyrannical whims of the administration. I am a federal employee just like you, and just like you my oath is to the constitution and the American people, not to a president, king, economic advisor, stock market, or anything else. Congress MUST act to reign in the unconstitutional actions of this administration and put America on a real “America first” trajectory — one where all peoples have guaranteed access to healthcare, housing, healthy food, and a robust and unbiased justice system. Get DOGE out of government, tax the billionaires and corporations, and protect the interests of all Americans!
