Confront Trump's White Supremacism: Reject Civil Rights Deregulation The U.S. Department of Education’s immediate rescission of decades-old disparate-impact regulations under Title VI marks a devastating blow to civil rights enforcement. By eliminating statistical data as proof of racial discrimination, the Trump administration has deliberately dismantled the primary mechanism used to identify systemic bias in school discipline, advanced coursework access, and institutional resource allocation. Requiring explicit proof of discriminatory intent ignores well-documented structural inequities and leaves Black, Latino, and marginalized students without federal protection. Closing our eyes to statistical disparities does not eradicate discrimination; it licenses it under the guise of administrative deregulation. You must not remain passive while vital protections established under the Civil Rights Act of 1964 are systematically gutted. I urge you to exercise immediate congressional oversight, introduce legislation codifying disparate impact standards, and halt this dangerous regression. Silent compliance is also white supremist behavior. Demand accountability. Liberty and justice for ALL!
