Bring Nelson Ariel Umanzor Chavez Home — ICE Broke the Law Twice Demand ICE secure the immediate return of Nelson Ariel Umanzor Chavez and hold the agency accountable for violating two separate federal court orders. This isn't a paperwork error — ICE knowingly deported a man to Mexico on November 13, 2025, despite a court order prohibiting it, then deported him to El Salvador, where a withholding of removal order also barred his removal. He was imprisoned on arrival. His family cannot find him. He has spoken to his wife once. This mirrors the Kilmar Abrego Garcia case from 2025, where ICE illegally sent another man to El Salvador's CECOT prison. These are not isolated mistakes — they are a pattern of an agency operating above the law. ICE has demonstrated it will not comply with court orders voluntarily. That is disqualifying. Support legislation to abolish ICE and replace it with an agency that respects judicial authority. Chavez's family deserves answers now, and Congress has the power to demand them.
