For decades, we have maintained a blockade on Cuba, harming thousands of innocent people. Now, the increase of our blockade has resulted in Cuba nearly running out of fuel. This is economic terrorism, plain and simple. There is no justifiable reason for the situation in Cuba to be blamed on the Cuban government. That is propaganda, and it is absurd. We are actively blocking fuel, and we want to pretend that has nothing to do with the fuel shortage? End the embargo on Cuba. End our economic terrorism.
