Use every tool at your disposal to stop the Trump administration's activation of the Alien Terrorist Removal Court. On July 15, 2026, the government filed the first-ever application in this court's 30-year history — a secret proceeding where an unidentified person faces removal based on sealed evidence they may never fully see. This is not national security. This is a due process nightmare dressed up in legal language. Three people died in ICE custody in a single week. Now the administration is reaching for a court that lets it strip someone of their rights using classified evidence and a rubber-stamp process. Judge Ericksen herself questioned whether the government's application even connects the respondent's conduct to the statute being cited. That alone should tell you everything about how this is being used. Abolish ICE, close the detention centers, and block any funding or cooperation that lets this administration expand these powers further. This has gone far enough.
