Please put out direction on how to prepare for voting given the chaos that Trump is imposing. I usually vote by mail and have signed up for this year to get my ballot by mail. 1) can I change that now so that no ballot is mailed to me, 2) if I do not change it and I do not receive one is a provisional ballot the only option. My concern is that the provisional ballot process will be overwhelmed given all of the voter suppression tactics Trump and the republicans are implementing. I want to avoid that.
