governor I am absolutely sickened and furious at the disturbing news that ICE agents have detained — without due process and without warrants — 25 construction workers who were working on the new patient tower at Mount Nittany Hospital, right here in our back yard. Many of them had IDs and papers and were taken away anyway. Please take strong steps to limit ICE’s ability to operate in such a lawless manner here in Pennsylvania. Insist on due process, insist on warrants, and do not allow state police and officials to share information with ICE.
