I am writing you in deep distress about the killing of Renee Good by an ICE officer. It seems clear that Minneapolis is being made unsafe by the ICE presence. Schools are closed there for the rest of the week to protect children from ICE activities. Citizens are mourning. ICE officers lack the training, the accountability and the humanity to be on our streets. When will Congress step in to protect our people?
