Of course Noem should be impeached. And so should many more of them. A mass violation of civil rights, ongoing violations of international law, unmitigated corruption, completely trampling on the separation of powers, repeatedly handling classified information with obvious disregard for security--all of these are impeachable offenses, and there are many in the Trump administration who should be subject to it.
